为提高农科院校土木工程专业人才培养质量，文章从教师发展平台、学生学习激励机制、课程设置体系和教学质量监控四个方面，阐述了农科院校土木工程专业在教学质量保障体系上的改革与实践。

To improve the quality of talent training, the teaching quality guarantee system of civil engineering in agricultural colleges and universities was strengthened and reformed from four aspects: the teacher development platform, development of students’ learning mechanism, the curriculum system, and teaching quality monitoring system.
