通过调研，分析了高职建筑工程技术专业的能力培养要求，在此基础上，构建了基于核心能力培养的建筑工程技术专业课程体系，对新课程体系的基本思路、基本模式、课程特色等进行了较为详尽的阐述，对高职建筑工程技术专业课程体系改革和技能型人才的培养具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

Following an analysis based on investigations and surveys, the requirement for ability training of civil engineering technology majors became more explicit. On that basis, the civil engineering technology curriculum system for training of vocational core competence was constructed. This paper elaborates on such aspects of this system as the basic idea, the main modal, and the characteristics, in the hope of providing references for curriculum reforms in similar programs.
