工程管理专业的实践教学有利于将相关学科知识和管理技能联系起来，但传统的工地实习、沙盘等实践教学已不能满足社会需求。随着计算机和网络技术的发展，国内外部分高校正逐步利用计算机模拟和仿真教学手段，提升和优化实践教学质量。文章通过分析工程管理专业实践教学存在的问题，研究模拟和仿真教学现实情况，并对该专业模拟仿真教学提出建议。

Civil engineering management simulation practice (CEMSP) is the effect way to link related discipline knowledge and management skills, but traditional construction site practice, sand table and other practical teaching can not meet the needs of society. With the development of computer and network technology, some universities at home and abroad gradually use teaching method by using computer modeling and simulation, which can improve and optimize the practice teaching quality. In order to improve the quality of engineering management major teaching, this paper analyzes the problems existed in the engineering management professional practice teaching, researches on the current situation of modeling and simulation teaching, and puts forward suggestions for the simulation of this major teaching.
