协同创新中心科研成果转化是一个值得思考和探讨的问题。一方面，目前国家、高校的科研成果转化为生产力的比例较低，其中科技体制僵化、观念发展滞后是主要原因；另一方面，根据2011计划，依托高校建设的协同创新中心在科技体制设计理念上优于多数高校的现行科技体制，因此，研究协同创新中心科研成果转化问题对促进高校科技体制改革是有益的。文章阐述了协同创新中心的概念，分析了高校科研成果转化中遇到的主要困难，并对协同创新中心的结构进行了研究，认为构建联盟是其灵魂性理念，最后，提出了协同创新中心科研成果转化体制建设的若干工作要点。

The scientific achievement transformation of collaboration innovative center is an advanced question. On the one hand, the current proportion of scientific research achievements transformed into productivity in our country and in universities is low. The main reason is the rigid scientific system and the laggard development. On the other hand, according to the 2011 plan, collaboration innovative centers based on universities are good for the current scientific system in the design of scientific system. Therefore, research on the scientific achievement transformation of collaboration innovative centers is beneficial for the transformation of scientific system in universities. In the present paper, we firstly explained briefly the concept of collaboration innovative center and then analyzed the main difficulty in the scientific achievement transformation of collaboration innovative centers in universities. We also analyzed the structure of collaboration innovative centers and indicated that collaboration is its essential idea. Finally, we put forward several working points in the system of scientific achievement transformation of collaboration innovative centers.
