针对土木工程专业本科生科研能力培养问题，分析了我国土木工程专业本科生科研能力培养现状与存在问题，指出建立合理的本科生科研活动指导教师制度是缓解当前本科生科研能力培养过程中各种问题的关键，提出基于全程科研导师制的土木工程本科生科研能力培养模式，为培养土木工程专业本科生科研能力提供了新选择。

Focusing on how to improve the research capacity of civil engineering undergraduates, we analyzed the current situation and existing problems of research capacity training of civil engineering undergraduates. Building a reasonable tutorial system was the key point for solving the existing problems. Then we introduced a training mode based on a fully research tutorial system, which gave an efficient choice for undergraduate research capacity training.
