文章以重庆大学为例，根据高校离退休工作的实践，从落实两项待遇、做好日常服务、进行思想引导、加强队伍建设等方面，探索增强离退休工作满意度的路径，为进一步做好高校离退休工作提供相关参考和借鉴。

Based on our retirement work practice in Chongqing University, we explored on how to enhance the satisfaction of retirement work by implementing the two terms of treatment, doing daily service well, making ideological guidance, and reinforcing team construction, which can be a reference for further retirement work in universities and colleges.
