本科毕业设计是连接教学与实践的重要桥梁，也是本科教学的一项核心内容。文章首先从选题模式、组织管理和考核机制三个方面分析了目前本科毕业设计中存在的问题，据此提出提高院校重视度、增强指导教师责任心，以及加强学生互动沟通能力的解决方案，最终从院校、教师和学生三方面建立三位一体的设计理念和管理体系，为提升本科毕业设计质量提供参考。

Graduation design is an important bridge between teaching and practice. It is also a key content of undergraduate teaching. The paper discussed the existing problems in the current graduation design, including topic selection, process management and assessment mechanism, and then proposed it must be strengthen the college attention, enhance the teacher’s responsibility and improve the students communication ability， finally exhibited a three-in-one design idea and management system constructed by college, teacher and student, which is present a reference to enhance the graduation design quality.
