新升地方本科院校实验室管理队伍如何建设，如何更好地适应应用型人才培养的需求，是一个值得深思的重要问题。针对当前新升地方本科院校实验室管理队伍建设存在的问题，从资源整合、政策引导两方面提出了加强实验室管理队伍建设的具体措施，旨在寻求同仁的共识，提高实验室队伍管理的水平，为培养学生实践能力和创新精神发挥更大的作用。

How to build the laboratory management team of the newly upgraded local universities, how to better adapt to the application talent requirement, is an important problem. With the existence problems in the construction of the laboratory management team in newly upgraded local colleges, this paper put forward the measure of laboratory management team,construction from resources integration and policy guidance,to seek consensus of colleagues, improve the management level of laboratory team,and play a more important role in practice ability and innovation training .
