高校教职工党员质量建设是党的十八大强调“提高发展党员质量”、“健全党员能进能出机制”的重要着力点。文章以高校各部门教职工党员为主要研究对象，通过开展问卷调查，分析高校教职工党员质量建设的现状，从中发现问题，并提出加强和改善高校教职工党员质量的建设路径，以期深入贯彻党的十八大精神，增强高校党组织的创造力和凝聚力，促进高校党建科学化水平的整体提升。
