Based on the characteristics of complete discipline directions, a perfect cultivation system and the large education scale, the concept and target of talent cultivation were changed in the school of civil engineering of Chongqing University. According to the experience of “top-notch innovative talents” and “ordered type talents” training modes, the diversification talent cultivation modes were explored and constructed. To improve the quality of talents cultivation, the courses construction was also strengthened.
