针对土木工程行业缺乏"全产业链式"复合型人才的现状,结合全寿命周期思想,从全寿命周期理论、全寿命周期方法、全寿命周期应用三个方面,对工程实践、专业教育、系统思维提出了相应建议,通过完善课程体系、推进毕业设计联合、有效对接行业需求等方法,促进土木工程专业教学质量的不断提升,培养土木工程专业"全产业链式"的复合型人才。

According to the current situation of talent lacking in the whole industrial chain of civil engineering industry, we presented suggestions for engineering practice, professional education and systematic thinking in a life-cycle view from aspects of life-cycle theories, approaches and applications. By improving the curriculum system and promoting the graduation design to meet industry needs, we improved the teaching quality of civil engineering specialty to cultivate multi-skilled civil engineering talents for the whole industrial chain.
