基于校企合作、产学融合共同培养应用型人才理念，充分发挥企业优势和资源，提升企业参与人才培养广度和深度，文章以地方性高校温州大学土木工程专业人才培养为例，从校企共同搭建校企合作平台、制定人才培养方案、创新课堂教学模式、开展专业实习和毕业设计指导等人才培养全过程详细介绍校企共同培养应用型人才的探索实践，为同类地方性高校基于校企共同培养应用型人才提供借鉴。

Based on the university-enterprise cooperation idea, an innovative talent training mode in Wenzhou University was explored and practiced. With the help of university-enterprise cooperation platform, the resources of the enterprise can be fully used and the enterprise can take part in the whole progress of the talent training. In this paper, some cases of the talent training in civil engineering were fully introduced, such as the design of talent training plan, the innovation of the class teaching, the direction of the graduation project and professional practiceetc, which can provide references and lessons for other homologous local universities based on the university-enterprise cooperation.
