Local universities proposed water supply and drainage instrumentation and control course "1+2+3", that is a main line (engineering application of talent), two center of gravity (theoretical teaching, practice teaching), three kinds of capacity (the ability to practice engineering, engineering design capabilities and engineering innovation capacity) of both the new teaching mode.
