In China, due to the correlation of the real estate industry and economic growth is higher. So in order to ensure the healthy development of the real estate industry, real estate management professional talents cultivation in universities is very important. In this paper, through the analysis of real estate professional development process and present situation, provide some suggestions to talents training in universities.
