念动法是一种实践性很强的心理训练方法,为验证念动法在游泳课的教学效果和对动作的记忆效果,文章采用实验法和数理调查法等方法进行分析研究。实验结果表明:念动法能揭示动作的本质规律,加速动作技术的掌握,提高动作技术水平和学习效率;念动能开拓学生的想象能力,弥补传统教学对学生思想的禁锢,促进学生智能的发展;念动法教学对知识的遗忘率比对照组学生低13.0%,再现的效果远高于传统教学(P<0.01),有利于学生记忆力的保持,有利于学生培养“终身体育”的意识,养成“终身体育”锻炼的习惯。
