此研究在华南地区的某所研究型大学随机选取了20名全日制专业硕士应届毕业生,通过半结构式的访谈了解他们对全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育职业性和学术性的认知。研究发现,学生对全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育的职业性和学术性有很高的价值期待,但是学校现有的培养环节和措施并不能完全保证二者的统一。在分析教育现状的基础上,提出保障全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育职业性与学术性有效统一的举措。

This study randomly selected 20 full-time professional master's graduates from a research university in South China. Through semi-structured interviews, we knew their cognition about the professional and academic of full-time professional master's education. This study showed that the students have high value expectations of the professional and academic of full-time professional master's education, but the existing cultivation of school can't fully guarantee the unity of the two. Based on the analysis of the current situation of education, this paper put forward some effective measures to guarantee the unity of professional and academic of full-time professional master's education.
