以"全国示范性工程专业学位研究生联合培养基地"——重庆长安汽车股份有限公司为例，介绍了重庆大学专业学位研究生联合培养实践基地建设中，构建校企联合培养长效稳定机制，建立"三级两地"基地管理体系，创新"3+1+2"本硕贯通与导师团队人才联合培养模式，建设实践型师资队伍等方面的思路与举措。

Taking Chongqing Changan Automobile, which is the national model training base for engineers, as an example, this paper introduces the methods and acts taken by Chongqing University so as to construct stable and efficient university-corporate co-training mechanism, to establish an administrative system with three levels and two stakeholders, to innovate university-corporate co-training modules and to recruit teachers with practical experience.
