Literature review on English-only instruction at home and abroad

    摘要:

    全英教学作为培养具有国际竞争力的高素质人才的有效途径，正在被越来越多的高校所采用，这对中国推进世界一流大学和一流学科的建设有着重要作用和意义。文章主要对全英教学相关的国内外文献进行梳理和总结，从全英教学的理论基础、教学模式、可行性及效果、师资、存在的问题，以及和双语教学比较等方面分类归纳了全英教学的研究成果并总结了全英教学的研究现状，以期为后续研究提供相关理论参考。

    Abstract:

    At present, there are more and more universities have set up the English-only instruction. The English-only instruction has significant implications for our country to construct world-class universities and disciplines. This study mainly summarizes the related reviews at home and abroad, classifies the research results and also analysis the current research situation. At last, this study points out the problems that should be paid attention to in current English-only instruction research, providing theoretical reference for subsequent research.
