建筑设备课程是建筑类专业的一门专业必修课。该课程涉及给排水、暖通空调、电气三大专业的诸多内容和设计规范，教学难度较大。针对该课程的特点及目前教学存在的问题，文章提出根据专业培养目标调整教学内容及要求，紧跟行业发展，加强实践教学，提高教学质量。

Building equipment is a required course of architecture specialty. This course involves three professional and more design specifications, teaching is difficult. Aiming the problems existing in the current teaching, the paper puts forward the adjustment of teaching contents and requirements according to the training target, following the development of construction industry, strengthening the practice teaching to improve the teaching quality.
