为调动建筑类高校学生学习建筑材料专业课的积极性和主动性，发挥个性潜能，提高学生的实践应用能力与创新精神，针对建筑材料专业课学习特点及作业布置中存在的问题，结合具体课程内容，提出多元化的作业布置模式，并分析实施方法及效果，为其他专业课作业的布置提供借鉴。

In order to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of college students learning, develop their individual potential and enhance their practical ability and innovative spirit in building material majors, based on the building materials' engineering characteristics and problems in assignments, in this paper the implementation method and the effect of diversified pattern of setting projects for specialized course were put forward, combined with building material course, which also provided a reference for the other specialized courses.
