地方院校人才培养方向与产业结构调整的市场需求存在一定的偏差，高等教育结构性矛盾日益突出。结合教育部对地方本科向应用型转型的要求，土木工程专业人才培养需充分考虑区域经济发展水平、市场需求、产业结构等实际情况，构建"一体两翼三转型"的人才培养模式，推进产教融合，增强创新创业，服务地方经济发展。土木工程专业人才培养向创新应用型、技术技能型转型，能够较好地满足地方经济发展要求和人才市场需求。

There are some deviations between the direction of talents training in local colleges and the market demand in the adjustment of industrial structure, and the structural contradictions of higher education become more prominent. Combined with the requirements of Ministry of Education on undergraduate application-oriented transformation, application-oriented talents training of civil engineering should take full account of the level of regional economic development, market demand, and industrial structure and other actual situations, to construct a talents training model of "one body-two wings-three transformations", to promote the integration of production and education, strengthen employment innovation, and serve local economic development. The transformation of civil engineering talents training to innovative application and technical and skilled type can better meet the requirements of local economic development and talent market demands.
