城市设计课程的教学既需要培养学生空间形体处理和控制能力，也应该培养学生的设计观念与价值观。可持续发展是城市建设的重要观念，全面的可持续发展涵盖生态、经济、社会几个方面。结合专业教学的情况，探讨在理论教学和实训教学两个环节，开展专题研究讨论，并将专题研究贯穿于实训教学全过程中的思路和方法，循序渐进，达到在城市设计教学中培养学生可持续发展的观念，训练学生在设计实训中将可持续发展观念落实体现在方案结果中的教学目标。

The teaching of urban design should not only cultivate the students' ability to deal with and control the shape of the space, but also cultivate the students' design ideas and sense of worth. Sustainable development is an important concept of urban development. The comprehensive sustainable development covers ecological, economic and social aspects. Combined with professional teaching, the paper studies the ideas and methods of urban design teaching in theory teaching and practice teaching, conducting the discussion of monographic study, and embedding the study in the whole process of practical teaching step by step. The aim is to cultivate the concept of sustainable development in urban design teaching, and train students to fix the concept of sustainable development in the design.
