[摘要]
为了给全国结构设计大赛中模型的合理设计与快速制作提供建议及参考,以2015年山东省大学生结构设计大赛第一名结构形式为例,通过结构力学求解器、CAD3D建模、ANSYS等软件的联合应用,从结构的选型、结构的分析和结构的实际制作三个方面,探讨计算机辅助设计在结构设计大赛模型设计与制作中的应用。并对模型结构进行了施加预应力的实验,实验表明,施加预应力能显著增加结构相关刚度,减小变形,对提高模型竞争力十分有利。

In order to provide the suggestion and reference for the reasonable design and rapid manufacture of the model in the national structural design competition, taking the first prize structure in the structure design competition in 2015 of Shandong Province as an example, through the joint application of structural mechanics solver, CAD3D,ANSYS and other software, based on the structure selection, structure analysis and structural actual manufacturing to discuss on the application of computer aided design in design and manufacture of structure design competition. In addition, the experimental results show that prestressing can significantly increase the stiffness of the structure and reduce the deformation, which is beneficial to improve the model's competitiveness.
