依据目前大学教与学中存在的问题，提出基于身份转换的教学改革，以项目管理团队的身份，以完成任务和解决问题的方式重新设计教学环节，解决目前教学中存在的问题，以期为提高教学质量提供一种创新的视角。

With the problems of teaching and learning in all universities, Teaching reform based on identity transformation was put forward in this paper. The basic idea is to redesign the teaching procedures in the way of fulfilling a task or solving a problem as a project management team.
