文章首先对硕士研究生课程教学对比研究进行了理论基础分析,分析了硕士研究生课程教学的涵义,并界定了三个维度:"主体"的维度、"客体"的维度和"方式"的维度,并对每个维度设置细分项目。在此基础上,通过对北京交通大学和辛辛那提大学硕士研究生房地产投资课程教学全面对比研究,得出辛辛那提大学硕士研究生房地产投资课程教学对中国高校房地产课程教学的启示。最后从教学内容的设计、课程的国际化水平和教育管理者三个角度提出了相关建议。

First, this paper made theoretical analysis on comparative study of course teaching for the postgraduate student, studied the meaning of course teaching of the postgraduate student, defined three dimensions:the dimension of interested parties, the dimension of objects, and the dimension of mode, and set the subdivision of each dimension. On this basis, through the comprehensive comparative study of course teaching of the postgraduate student of real estate investment course between Beijing Jiaotong University and University of Cincinnati, including the comparison of teaching effects, gained some enlightenments of course teaching of the postgraduate student of real estate investment course from the University of Cincinnati. Finally, this paper gave some suggestions to the teachers and managers.
