德育教育实践基地作为高校德育教育的重要载体,在高校人才培养过程中肩负着重要使命。文章拟聚焦新时期新要求破解学校第二课堂实践课碎片化、随机化难题,消除德育教育实践基地建设合力不足、资源浪费的困境,在"和合"视阈下探索建构"三一一"模式,通过创新平台建设,重构师资队伍,启动数据库建设,提升高校第二课堂德育教育实践基地建设实效,增强实践基地体系的科学性和长效性。

The moral education practice base, as an important carrier of college moral education, shoulders an important mission in the process of talent training in colleges and universities. This article intends to focus on the new requirements in the new era to solve the problem of fragmentation and randomization of the second classroom practice class in schools, eliminate the dilemma of lack of synergy and waste of resources in the construction of the moral education practice base, and explore the construction of "3-1-1"mode under the harmonious perspective, through the construction of an innovation platform, restructuring the teaching staff, starting database construction, improving the effectiveness of the construction of the second classroom moral education practice base in colleges and universities, and enhancing the scientific and long-term effectiveness of the practice base system.
