    摘要:

    新工科建设是应对经济发展、产业变革和全球竞争,推动我国迈向高等教育强国的重要举措。依托学校传统工科优势和特色资源,立足建环专业新工科发展方向,对多学科交叉融合的建环专业人才培养模式进行探索与实践。通过合理定位人才培养特色、构建多维交叉融合课程体系、组建多学科融合师资队伍、打造多元化协同育人实践平台、推进科研创新和科技竞赛融入教学、开展高水平国际化合作办学等举措,形成多学科交叉融合的建环专业特色办学模式,实现人才培养模式的创新。该模式实践成效良好。

    Abstract:

    Emerging engineering education is vital in building up a strong China in higher education and meeting the challenges of economic development, industrial transformation and global competition. Based on the advantages and feature resources in traditional engineering discipline and the new development requirements in emerging engineering education, the integrated interdisciplinary teaching mode of building environment and energy engineering is explored and in practice. The main measures include orientation of talents cultivation characteristics, development of integrated interdisciplinary curriculum system, construction of teaching staffs with multidisciplinary background, establishment of diversified practical platforms through collaboration, combination of research innovation and science and technology competition with teaching and learning, and implementation of China-International education collaboration. A characteristic training mode of interdisciplinary integration of building environment and energy engineering is formed and innovative practice of the training mode has achieved good results.
