    摘要:

    在国家明确将产教融合作为高等教育改革发展重要举措的背景下,针对应用型本科院校城乡规划专业校企合作存在的问题,从产教融合视角出发,提出教师、学生、企业、地方政府、职业技能培训机构相互融合的城乡规划"五位一体"校企合作模式。依托产教融合中心平台,创建协同育人环境,高校、企业共同修订人才培养方案,优化课程体系与实践教学体系,完成对城乡规划"4+1"校企合作人才培养模式的优化创新,最终构建城乡规划"3+1+1"产教融合校企协同的人才培养模式。

    Abstract:

    The nation clearly considered integration between production and education as the major steps of the reform and development of higher education. In this context, for the problems of college – enterprise cooperation in urban and rural planning specialty from application-oriented institutions, this paper puts forward the college-enterprise cooperation mode of urban and rural planning including teachers, students, enterprises, local governments, vocational training institutions in the perspective of integration between production and education. Depending on central platform of integration between production and education, the research built up cooperative education environment, optimizing the curriculum system and practical teaching system by revising the program of cultivating talents with college and enterprise cooperation, optimizing and innovating the "4 + 1" in urban and rural planning college-enterprise cooperative talents training mode, finally building up "3+1+1" talents training mode of college-enterprise cooperation and integration between production and education in urban and rural planning.
