    基于新工科背景深入分析了工科研究生培养中存在的问题,以生物医学工程学科为例,以思政铸魂育人为初心,通过组建多学科融合导师团队,以研究生双创双实一体化教学为主要载体,以生教协同平台、医企合作平台、科企共双创平台、教科研平台为依托,以"律、查、讲、谈、评、督"六位一体督查教学监察体系为保证,对工科研究生教学改革进行了探索,实现了对学生知识结构、学习兴趣、学习能力、思维模式的全覆盖和全融入,形成了充满生机活力、多层次、可选择、具有专业特色的新工科研究生培养体系。

    Abstract:

    This article analyzes the problems in the training of engineering graduate students based on the background of emerging engineering construction. Taking biomedical engineering as an example and ideological and political education as the initial intention, by building discipline integration tutor groups, taking the integrated teaching of postgraduate innovation and dual practice as the main carrier, the student-teacher collaboration platform, medical-enterprise cooperation platform, science-enterprise co-creation platform, and teaching-research platform as a support, and the "discipline, investigation, lecture, exchange, evaluation, supervision" teaching supervision system as a guarantee, we explore the teaching reform of engineering graduate students. The full coverage and integration of students' knowledge structure, interest in learning, learning ability, thinking mode have realized, and the emerging engineering graduate education system that is full of vitality, multi-level, optional, and with professional characteristics has formed.
