In order to promote the deepening reform of the training model for masters in civil engineering, the current status of the training of masters in civil engineering is investigated taking the master of civil engineering, tutors and graduates from the School of Civil Engineering of Chongqing University as the research object. The current status of master's training in civil engineering is analyzed from curriculum setting, tutorial system, professional practice, graduate career development, etc. And the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, which can provide reference for master training in civil engineering.
