新一轮科技革命和产业变革对建筑行业的形态、分工及组织方式产生了巨大影响。地方高等院校土木工程专业作为建筑行业人才培养的重要基地,如何在这样的背景下培养适应新时代产业发展需求的人才是亟需思考并解决的问题。在新工科背景下,通过地方院校传统土木工程专业改造升级的探索与思考,不断提升专业建设水平和在建筑行业的影响力,为其他地方院校土木工程专业提供参考。
The new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation has a huge impact on the form, division and organization of the construction industry. Civil engineering specialty in local colleges and universities is important bases for talents training. Against this background, it is a very critical issue to train talents who can meet the needs of industrial development in the new era. This article mainly presents some explorations and reflections in the process of upgrading the traditional civil engineering specialty of local colleges and universities under the background of emerging engineering education, in order to continuously improve the professional construction level and the technical level and influence of the construction industry, provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of civil engineering specialty in other local colleges and universities.
