    摘要:

    培养具备解决复杂工程问题能力的工程师是工程教育认证的核心要求。北京工业大学建筑环境与能源应用工程专业基于"三元协同"核心理念,构建了以分模块必备知识体系、分层级多维度综合实践教学体系和全方位综合素质培养机制为核心的人才培养模式。该模式结合工程认证中以学生为中心、产出导向、持续改进的教学理念,在知识传授、能力培养和素质提升的过程中融入大数据、人工智能等新技术,实时跟踪学生学习目标达成情况,递进式培养学生解决复杂工程问题能力,构建了面向解决复杂工程问题能力的培养模式,对当前开展工程教育认证工作及推进新工科建设具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    The core requirement of engineering education certification is to train qualified engineers with the ability to solve complex engineering problems. Based on the core concept of "three-dimensional synergy", the Department of Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering in Beijing University of Technology has established a talent training mode with a system of essential knowledge modules, a hierarchical multi-dimensional comprehensive practice teaching system, and a comprehensive quality training mechanism. This model combines the engineering certification concepts of student-centered, outcome-based and continuous improvement, incorporates new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in the process of knowledge transfer, ability training and quality cultivation, tracks the achievement of students' learning goals in real time and develops students' ability to solve complex engineering problems progressively. It constructs a model for cultivating the ability to solve complex engineering problems and is of great significance in the implementation of engineering education certification and promotion of the construction of emerging engineering education.
