Abstract:The professional course of geotechnical postgraduates has the characteristics of complicated content, strong standardization, and close combination of theory and practice. Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the professional course teaching of geotechnical postgraduates, the necessity and urgency of the reform of the teaching mode of "integrating research into teaching" are put forward. This paper discusses the teaching mode of geotechnical courses based on scientific research cases, including the collection and screening of scientific research results, the optimization of teaching content, the reform and implementation of teaching methods. The research results have guiding and reference significance for improving the teaching quality of geotechnical graduate courses.
