Integrating ideological and political education into the whole process of professional education is the trend of teaching reform in colleges and universities. Asset evaluation is a course that tells the theory and practical knowledge of asset evaluation. It is a basic course for asset evaluation, accounting, finance and other business majors. Under the educational function and task requirements of professional courses, according to the characteristics and content of asset evaluation course, its ideological and political teaching objectives are explored. By comprehensively clarifying the ideological and political teaching system of this course, the ideological and political elements related to the knowledge of asset evaluation course are mined. Through teaching designs such as talking about life, discussing hot events, reading literature, analysising cases, conducting practical training, the ideological and political elements are organically embedded in the professional knowledge of the course by adopting online and offline teaching methods.
