在教育强国的建设中，高等教育发挥着龙头作用。高素质的教师队伍是实现高等教育质量提升的关键。发展既是国家需要，又是教师需要。当前，党员教师在高校教师中的占比为一半左右，发挥高校基层党组织战斗堡垒作用，以“发展”为核心开展教师党支部组织生活，对培养优秀党员教师、提升党支部活力具有积极作用。针对当前教师党支部在组织生活开展过程中所面临的问题，提出了相应的组织生活质量提升理念，并对部分理念进行了实践。

Development is not only the needs of the country, but also the needs of teachers. At present, the proportion of Party members in college teachers has reached half. Giving full play to the role of grass-roots Party organizations as fighting fortress and carrying out activities of the Party organization with teacher development as the core have positive effects on promoting the development of Party members and enhancing the vitality of the branch. In view of the difficulties encountered in the current activities of the Party organization of Party branches, corresponding ideas of improving the quality of activities of the Party organization are put forward, and some ideas are put into practice.
