中国矿业大学建工系教职工样板党支部以党建引领，紧扣立德树人的根本任务，创新性地以政治建设为轴心，以“党建+”思政教育、师资队伍、教学科研和人才培养为四轮的“一轴四轮”深度融合模式，打造了“思想政治觉悟高、师资队伍素质高、科教成果水平高和人才培养质量高”的“四高”样板党支部，为高校样板党支部建设办法提供了新思路。
With the guidance of Party building, the faculty amd staff model Party branch of the Department of Architecture Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology closely adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people, and innovatively implements the deep integration model of one-axis and four-wheels (taking political construction as the axis, and taking Party construction + political education, teaching staff, teaching & scientific research and talents training as four wheels) to create the four-highs model Party branch with high ideological and political awareness, high quality of teaching staff, high level of scientific and educational achievements and high quality of talent training. All the achievements provide new ideas for the construction of Party branches in colleges and universities.
