Professional practice plays an important role in cultivating the practical innovation ability of Master of Engineering Management. However, the existing professional practice has some problems, such as lack of vertical overlap, lack of horizontal depth, lack of internal motivation and so on. Based on the above problems and taking the advanced chain of practical innovation ability as the theoretical framework, Chongqing University has established a professional practice system of knowledge element fusion, scene element fusion and achievement element fusion for the preparation stage, implementation stage and application stage of professional practice. After years of practice, this model has achieved remarkable results.
