课程思政视域下新时代高校育人路径的思考和实践——以工程职业资质导论课程教学为例

    摘要:

    新时代对高校工科人才的培养提出了更高的要求,将思想政治教育融入专业课程教学是践行为党育人、为国育才使命,贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。根据访谈调研情况,分析了工科研究生的思想特点,并依托工程职业资质导论课程的教学,研究了专业教育与思政教育的有效融合方式,探索了课程思政视域下新时代高校育人新路径的实践方法。实践证明,专业教学与思政教育的结合,有效提升了学生的专业认同度,极大地激发了学生的家国情怀,起到了答疑解惑、坚定信念、指明方向的作用,为探索工程类院校研究生课程思政建设提供了思路和方法。

    Abstract:

    In the new era, higher requirements are put forward for the cultivation of engineering talents in universities. Integrating ideological and political education into professional course teaching is an important measure to fulfill the mission of cultivating talents for the Party and the state, implement the Party’s education policy and the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents. This article analyzes the ideological characteristics of engineering postgraduates through interviews and surveys. Based on the course of introduction to engineering vocational qualification, this study explores effective ways to integrate professional education with ideological and political education, and explores practical methods for the new path of higher education in the new era from the perspective of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses (IPTTIAC). Practice has proved that the professional recognition of postgraduates has been greatly increased by combining professional teaching and ideological and political education. At the same time, it has stimulated postgraduates’ native land emotions, answered students’ questions, strengthened their belief, and pointed out the further direction for them. This article provides ideas and methods for exploring the IPTTIAC construction of postgraduate courses in engineering colleges and universities.
