    摘要:

    土木工程和计算机行业的深度融合,催生了适应建筑产业现代化需求的智能建造专业,该专业集技术融合、全周期管理、高度自动化与绿色低碳于一体。与传统土木工程专业不同,智能建造专业需要在有限的课时内,完成土木工程与智能化技术的交叉融合教学。这一高要求的教学模式,导致学生在结构设计学习中,普遍面临对核心结构概念理解不深和缺乏对工程实例的具象认知两大挑战。为了更好地指导学生高效完成毕业设计,结合智能建造专业的特点,提出创新性教学指导方案:引入装配式建筑结构设计与施工虚拟仿真实验平台,在传统的指导方式中融合虚拟仿真教学,并采用产学合作和协同育人的多维化指导方法,帮助学生搭建系统性框架,梳理清晰的设计流程。通过这一教学改革,帮助学生更好掌握装配式建筑的设计方法与施工流程,确保毕业设计成果达到预期标准。实践表明,结合虚拟仿真教学的多维指导方法对智能建造专业的毕业设计起到了积极的促进作用,成效显著,为今后相关毕业设计指导提供了借鉴。

    Abstract:

    With the in-depth integration of the civil engineering and computer industries, the field of intelligent construction has emerged to meet the needs of modernization in the construction industry. The major of intelligent construction is characterized by technological integration, spanning the entire life cycle of building, high automation, and energy conservation. Compared to traditional civil engineering majors, students in intelligent construction need to learn a combination of civil engineering and smart technology within limited class hours. This demanding teaching model has led students to generally face two major challenges in their structural design studies: insufficient in-depth understanding of core structural concepts and a lack of concrete perception of engineering examples. To better guide students in completing their graduation projects efficiently, an innovative teaching guidance plan is introduced, incorporating virtual simulation teaching, a virtual platform for prefabricated building design and construction, and a multi-dimensional guidance model combining industry-university collaboration and cooperative education. This approach helps students establish a systematic understanding and clarify the design process. Results show that the reform effectively enhances students’ skills in prefabricated building design and construction, significantly improving the quality and efficiency of their graduation projects. The practice provides valuable insights for future teaching in related fields.
