    摘要:

    新时代对研究生思想政治教育提出了更高要求,驱动高校思政教育理念的不断创新。文章立足于土木工程研究生的学科思政实践,强调了将思政元素全面融入专业教学、实践活动及评价体系的重要性。通过构建学科发展与思想政治教育的联动机制,有效促使研究生将思政理念内化于心、外化于行,并成为自主思考与自觉行动。针对当前土木工程研究生思政教育中存在的育人覆盖面不广、深度不足及维度单一等问题,提出了加强师资建设、优化育人过程、改进评价机制等途径,旨在深化学科思政建设,促进研究生德智体美劳全面发展。该研究不仅为土木工程的研究生教育提供了新视角,也为其他学科的思政教育提供了有益借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The new era has put forward new requirements for postgraduate ideological and political education, promoting new exploration and development of ideological and political education concepts in universities. Based on the educational practice of ideological and political education through disciplines of civil engineering postgraduates, the paper emphasizes the importance of integrating ideological and political elements into professional teaching, practical activities, and evaluation systems. Constructing a linkage mechanism between disciplinary development and ideological and political education effectively promotes postgraduates to internalize the concepts of ideological and political education and make it become the students’ independent thinking and conscious action. Current civil engineering postgraduate ideological education in China has problems such as insufficient cultivation breadth, depth, and dimensions. It proposes to deepen the ideological and political education through disciplines by strengthening team construction, optimizing the nurturing process, and improving the evaluation mechanism to promote the all-round development of students in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and other aspects. It provides new perspectives for postgraduate education in civil engineering and referable experiences for ideological and political education in other disciplines.
