结合土木工程测量的教学，分析了当前工程测量实践教学中存在的主要问题，提出了在教学中构建创新性实践体系和实验实习综合评价体系，目的在于加强实践教学，培养学生动手能力和实践能力，提高教学质量，从而培养出基础扎实的应用型人才。

Based on teaching of Civil Engineering Surveying, the main problems of practice teaching are analyzed and several teaching reform measures are offered. The measures are applied to practice with the aim of strengthening the practice teaching and improving the practical ability of students.Finally,the quality of teaching is improved.The students can be fostered to the excellent application talent.
