    摘要:

    “卓越工程师教育培养计划”与“工程专业认证(评估)”的目的均是为提高我国工程教育人才培养质量,二者相辅相成,互相促进。为了实现它们的深度融合,不断提升办学条件,规范管理,优化专业结构,注重学生“双创”能力的培养,兼顾行业特色和地域特色,构建“两融合、四层次”复合人才培养模式,人才培养质量明显提升,取得了较好的成效。

    Abstract:

    The purpose of "Excellent engineer educating and training program" and "Engineering specialty accreditation (evaluation) are both to improve the quality of engineering education talents in China based on international standards. The two programs complement each other and promote mutually. In order to achieve the depth integration of them, school condition is constantly improved, management is standardized, the structure of specialty is optimized, and the Double innovation abilities” of students is cultivated. The cultivating mode of compound talents named two integrations and four levels is built based on both the industry and regional characteristics. Under the cultivating mode, the education qualities of students are improved significantly and achieved satisfied effect.
