传统工科教育在我国高等教育体系中占有非常重要的地位,规模大、作用突出,但也面临着发展遇到瓶颈、急需转型升级的挑战。世界新一轮科技革命和产业革命对工科教育提出了新的要求,实施创新驱动发展战略实现两个百年奋斗目标为工科教育提供了改革、创新与升级新的历史机遇,工科教育要主动重新审视自己,以大学生核心素养培养为出发点,迎接挑战,做出变革,转型升级。
