党的十九大召开以后，新时代背景下，中央对高校的综合改革提出了更高要求，高校中层领导人员的地位和作用至关重要。研究以某中管高校中层领导人员为研究对象，结合中央提出干部“八个本领”的具体要求，运用自编问卷对中层领导人员的能力素质等多方面情况进行了调查。在此基础上，提出提升高校中层领导人员能力素质的几项对策建议。
