“大众创业,万众创新”背景下,建立科学的研究生培养模式是推动研究生教育改革的一个重要组成部分。根据人才培养现状,为满足现阶段“双创”对建筑与土木工程硕士人才的需求,需要深度挖掘校内外资源协同培养专业人才,构建校内跨学科协同和校外校企协同两方面人才培养体系,总结培养成效,有助于推广经验,提升建筑与土木工程硕士领域人才创新创业能力,为人才协同培养提供借鉴意义。
