    摘要:

    文章指出了土木工程专业以“新工科”理念推进专业建设与发展的必要性与迫切性,针对管理模式转变、“新工科”建设、工程教育认证制度和学科发展以及新时代人才培养等方面进行了剖析。土木工程专业建设和改革要转变人才培养传统教学模式中“重理论,轻实践”的观念,加强“双师型”教师队伍的建设,积极拓展校企合作模式,进一步推进校内外实训平台建设,完善学科竞赛机制,利用互联网做好专业知识普及,全面深化专业改革,建成符合行业需求人才培养模式。

    Abstract:

    The necessity and urgency of promoting the construction and development of civil engineering with the concept of "new engineering" were pointed out in this paper. The transformation of management mode, the construction of "new engineering", the accreditation system of engineering education and the development of the discipline, as well as the talent fostering in the new era were analyzed. The traditional teaching concept of talents fostering focuses more on theory than on practice, it should be changed for the construction and reform of civil engineering. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers should be strengthened, and the school-enterprise cooperation is actively expand. The construction of training platform inside and outside the school is further promote, and the discipline competition mechanism is improved. The professional knowledge is popularized by the Internet, and the professional reform is comprehensively deepened. Finally, a talent fostering mode is built, which can meet the needs of the industry.
