为适应新形式下的城乡建设发展的需要，哈尔滨工业大学城乡规划学本科培养方案结合以OBE理念及工程教育认证制度的培养思路进行了全新的改革。通过培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系有效达成实现“引领城乡规划领域未来发展的拔尖创新人才”的培养。在此基础上，建立具有宽广口径课程平台、系统性专业课程体系、难点与热点研究课程相结合的新型课程体系，重点培养学生通识能力、专业能力及科研能力。

In order to meet the needs of urban-rural construction development in the new circumstances, HIT Urban-Rural Planning Undergraduate Education Program has carried out a brand-new reform thinking in combination with OBE concept and Engineering Education Accreditation. The new thinking is set as an effective form to cultivate "top innovative talents leading the future development of urban-rural planning, by the reasonable matching with cultivation objectives, graduation requirements and curriculum system.
