In recent years, the party and the government to make solid progress in?national cyber development strategy, constantly improving system mechanism of network information work, strengthening talent team and party building in the field of network information, etc. Under the background of the universities have not set up the majors of “Network Information”, “Public Opinion”, “Network Security”?generally, how to grasp the market changes in the demand of local emerging professionals, to cultivate the shortage of professional talents in line with industry characteristics have become a major issue for the government and universities. This paper intends to analyze the problems existing in the training of public opinion professionals in universities, based on the problem research and construction industry characteristics of the practice teaching base model and summarizes the feasibility of model promotion through the exploration of Chongqing University’s practice, to provid the mode innovation and practice path for the joint training of national public opinion talents.
