    摘要:

    针对土木工程专业认证实践中发现的目标定位不清的问题,提出了坚持工程师培养的目标导向。对比了国际工程联盟关于工程问题复杂性的分类和工程教育轨道的分类,讨论了本科工程教育专业认证毕业要求与工程师任职资格能力的相互关系。分析说明,本科阶段的工程师教育必须以培养解决复杂工程问题的能力为核心,才能实现国际认证的实质等效;明确工程师能力培养的阶段性,才能科学合理的进行课程设置和课程建设。建议从成果导向的要求出发,采取措施提升教师的工程实践能力和教学能力。

    Abstract:

    There is vagueness for the education object in Civil Engineering Program. It is stated that the engineer education should be as the core objective of engineering program. In this paper the classification of engineering activities according to their complexity and the corresponding education tracks defined by International Engineering Alliance are discussed. It is suggested that the key issue of the undergraduate engineering education must be the ability to solve complex engineering problems for the substantial equivalence of program accreditation internationally; the ability shall be developed step by step, and thus the curriculum and course can be provided rationally. For the outcomes based education, the academic staff should enhance their engineering experience and promote the teaching ability.
