随着BIM技术在建筑行业的不断推广,BIM人才的缺乏成为BIM发展的瓶颈,这对高校土木工程、工程管理等相关专业提出了更高的要求,将BIM技术融入和课程改革和教学改革之中成为大势所趋,而毕业设计作为大学最后一个学期检验学生学习能力和实践能力的环节,把BIM技术引入到毕业设计环节,可以充分提高学生对于工程管理全过程的理解和掌握,同时能够有效提高学生跨专业学习和实践能力,在此背景下,本文对BIM技术在工程管理专业的改革应用进行研究,以BIM技术在广东海洋大学寸金学院工程管理专业毕业设计为例,提出基于BIM技术的工程管理专业毕业设计的基本思路,在此基础上以案例说明基于BIM技术的工程管理专业毕业设计的基本流程,通过案例分析发现基于BIM技术的工程管理专业毕业设计存在的问题,通过SWOT分析说明基于BIM技术的毕业设计的科学性和合理性,提出基于BIM技术的工程管理专业毕业设计的具体实施方法,以供参考。
